We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. Please note that we are not liable for any lost, damaged, or delayed packages.

All orders are shipped via SingPost, except those destined for the United States.

Deliveries within Singapore will be sent via tracked mail, unless otherwise stated.

We offer worldwide shipping with tracking numbers, which can be monitored at SingPost Tracking.

For United States orders, tracking will continue via USPS once the parcel arrives in the country.
